Our Shipping, Return, and Refund Policies
Shipping Policy
Our processing time is 4 -5 business days. The turnaround time begins 24 hrs after receiving your order. An email confirmation will be sent once the order is shipped out. Packages will be shipped out via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. Please Note: This turnaround time does not include pre-orders. For pre-orders, separate correspondence will be sent out accordingly. If any questions arise, contact us at shop@sapphirekulture.com with your order number and name.
Return & Refund Policy

Considering that all shoes are custom made, we must be mindful of returned items. The shoes can NOT be WORN, DAMAGED, or show signs of wear and tear. All returns must be prepaid by the consumer. Returns will be honored within 5 days maximum after receiving them. If shoes are returned damaged or worn, a refund will not be honored. Refunds will take up to 5 business days to process. Store credit may be issued (case by case basis). There will be a mandatory restocking fee of $15.00. Please contact us prior to returning the shoes.
Exchanges & Cancellation Policy
Exchanges are welcome within 5 days of you receiving the item. Please note: A replacement will not be shipped out until the original order has been returned in its original condition. If all terms are met, you will receive an email confirmation with a new tracking number.
Pre-Order Reminders & Policy
If you pre-order a pair of shoes, please expect delivery to be longer than normal times. Additional pre-order email correspondence will be sent to you. All correspondence will keep you informed of anticipated delivery and/or any unexpected delays.
Once you receive your order, you still have up to 5 days to return or exchange the item(s). The mentioned policies will apply.
